This year, the Solemnity of the Nativity of the Lord (Christmas) falls on a Saturday. The obligation to attend Mass for Christmas may be fulfilled by attending Mass in the evening of December 24th (Christmas Eve) or at any Mass celebrated on December 25th. Sunday, December 26th is the Feast of the Holy Family. The obligation to attend Mass on Sunday remains in effect and may be fulfilled by attending any Mass on Sunday, December 26th.
The beautiful poinsettias and greenery that adorn our altar and sanctuary are a special part of the celebration of Christmas at Divine Mercy Parish. Thank you to our wonderfully generous families at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School and Divine Mercy Parish for helping to provide over 70 families from our parish in need of assistance for this special holiday! We especially would like to thank our St. Anthony Ministry to the Needy for coordinating this massive event, the Altar Auxiliary for volunteering with assembly and organization of the boxes, SEAS student council members for their creative box decorations, and all the members of our parish and school community who gave so generously so that others may have food and hope this Thanksgiving! We are so grateful and thankful for you!
The Parish Office will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th in observance of Thanksgiving Day. We will reopen on Monday, November 29th at 10:00 AM. The Adoration Chapel will be open on Thanksgiving Day.

In this year of St. Joseph, the Apostolic Penitentiary has issued a decree granting special indulgences to be granted under the customary conditions: sacramental confession, Eucharistic communion, and prayers according to the Holy Father’s intentions. One of these indulgences is granted for the praying of the litany of St. Joseph for the Church persecuted. Click for details.
Due to the Seafood Festival, we are asking all Adorers to please drive around through the SEAS access point and park in front of the school near the Adoration Chapel. The current Adorers' parking is currently inaccessible due to the Festival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Divine Mercy Parish has completed the Walking With Moms In Need Initiative set forth from the USCCB. This increase in preparedness will help us better journey with mothers by connecting them to necessary spiritual and physical resources available in our local community. Click for details.
